Help me win this Nomination
I’m thrilled to share that I am seeking the nomination to represent Mississauga Centre as a Liberal Party candidate in the upcoming federal election. Our community deserves a passionate, dedicated voice that will advocate for our values and stand strong in Ottawa. Here’s why I’m running and why your support is so crucial:
2. While the Liberal government has delivered meaningful progress for Canadians, there is much more to be done. Mississauga Centre deserves a representative who will listen, advocate, and work tirelessly to ensure our community’s needs are at the forefront of Canada’s agenda. I am ready to be that voice.
3. With a Conservative majority seeming likely, it’s more important than ever to elect dedicated Liberal representatives who will stand up for our values and hold the government accountable. Every Liberal seat will be essential in ensuring a balanced and effective Parliament.
Before I started this journey, even I didn’t fully understand how someone becomes the voice of a riding. Now I know: first, individuals like myself compete to earn your vote in a process called the nomination. In this nomination stage, all Liberal Party nominees will seek your support, and whoever receives the most votes will represent Mississauga Centre as the official Liberal candidate. Then, at the federal election, candidates from each party compete for your vote to become the next Member of Parliament for Mississauga Centre.
Right now, we are at stage one, and I need your support to secure the nomination. To help, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your contact details—your name, phone number, and email address—so I can keep you updated on key dates and notify you when voting opens.
When it’s time to vote in the nomination, every single vote matters. With your contact information, I can reach out to ensure you’re informed and ready to participate. Your support will be essential to building a strong campaign from the ground up.
It’s also important to remember that this is just the nomination process; it’s not the federal election yet. Even if you’re undecided between supporting the Liberal or Conservative Party in the election, you still have time to make that choice. Right now, this is about choosing the best candidate to represent the Liberal Party here in Mississauga Centre. I believe I am that person, and I am committed to being a passionate advocate for our community.
Thank you for considering me as a candidate to represent our riding!
As someone who’s deeply invested in supporting Canadian values of fairness, opportunity, and inclusivity, I believe I am
well-positioned to represent Mississauga Centre in Ottawa. Here’s why:
The Liberal Party’s vision of equity resonates strongly with me. My life’s work has been about helping others find a place in Canada, promoting fairness, and supporting diversity, values that are foundational to the Liberal Party. I want to extend this commitment to serve our community by addressing issues that affect us all, from housing and healthcare to education and economic stability.
My 20 years in immigration and legal practice have provided me with the skills needed to navigate complex policies and advocate effectively. Having worked as a Senior Immigration Practitioner and now as the Managing Partner of my firm, I understand the policies that shape our communities and affect our daily lives. I know how to make informed, balanced decisions to drive progress while ensuring a high level of responsibility to those I represent.
